Hi. Here is a picture of the top of a bottle of beer I just pulled out of my fridge. This was a Gose recipe that had both lacto the and brett added to it before primary fermentation. It was brewed in April and turned out very well. I should of had them already but forgot about them. But there are about a dozen of them that have some of this white stuff floating on top. Being that this is my first sour I am not sure if this is still okay or not. Any opinions?

happened to me with a brett/lacto fermentation. some of the bottled cleared after a few days, some a few weeks and one or two a month. no sweat, just neck them

Thanks guys! I had one last night and it tasted good. I figure I probably would be tested it if it went bad. And extra bonus: I'm still alive this morning!
