A large mess, lost beer (which leads to lower SG if you still brought it up to the 5/10/x... gal mark), messed up hop utilisation, depending on where in the boil it happened. Go with it, make beer from what it left over. Just check the SG before adding any extra water to it.

Not much was lost. Boilover happened before hops were put in. OG was 1.050 - in range for an English bitter. Active fermentation looks good.
