Okay.. I know the diffrence between a 2 micron and 1 and .5 micron stones (the size of the hole the o2 comes out of)
But.. What diffrence does it make and what is better??
is one better for o2 and the other better for force carb co2??

FWIW I would be using the disposable Red Benz O2 tanks

If you're using the disposable O2 tanks, the .5 micron will work great. The smaller the bubbles, the more surface area you'll get into the wort.

I believe the 2 micron versions are used with aquarium pumps, where the air isn't pushed with as much pressure as comes out of the disposable tanks.

Hope this helps.
