I'm about to start brewing and I'm mildly concerned about it being illegal. Have any of you guys had any trouble with law enforcement? Do they even enforce the law when it comes to homebrewing? I'm just not interested in getting a visit from the police but at the same time I'm very interested in brewing my own beer.
 
Its one of those old prohibitionist laws that is still on the books, It never get enforced unless you are trying to sell it or maybe also get caught running a still. Hopefully Alabama will overturn the law this year but it honestly doesn't matter there are home brew stores all over the state, and tons of brewers.
