I’m helping my son on a project for school and we need to breakdown the percentages of ingredients in a single bottle of beer. I’m primarily interested in just the water, malted barley, and hops percentage out of a 100%.

I’ve found online that beer consists of 90% water, but what is the percentage of barley and hops?

Thank you for your help.

I don't think it works like that because barley isn't in the final product. 90% water 5% alcohol 5% sugars and misc.

I'm at work, but I do have a little math-science training - I'll shoot you something before the end of the day.
