Hey guys, I have 1 all grain brew beneath my belt (with help from a friend) and I have some grains and hops left over, plus my lhbs was having a sale so I grabbed some misc grains and hops. Maybe somebody can help me throw a recipe together? I don't have the experience to whip something up, nor do I have the guts (or money) to waste my ingredients. Anyways here is what I have...
(grain)
Carapils-1#11oz
Crystal 45-1#9oz
Domestic 2 row-9#13oz
Munich-500g
Roasted malt-500g
Chocolate grain-500g

(Hops)
Cascade-90g, Northern Brewer-90g, Zythos-50g, Columbus-25g, Goldings-20g

I guess I should mention that Ill be doing the brew in a bag technique. Im not fussy on beer types, I like it all : ) Any advice would be appreciated.

You have the nice makings for several beers there! How about a hoppy American Pale Ale?

Domestic 2-row 9.75#
Munich 0.5#
Crystal 45L 0.75#
Chocolate Malt or Roasted Barley 0.12# (just a bit for color)

Northern Brewer 0.50oz @ 60min
Cascade 1.0oz @ 20min
Zythos 0.5oz @ 8min
Zythos 0.5oz @ 2min
Cascade 0.5oz @ 0min (steep)
Columbus 0.5oz @ 0min (steep)

US-05, WLP001, Wyeast 1056 or other neutral yeast...

Thanks so much for the recipe! I ended up brewing this yesterday (with a few small changes). First BIAB went somewhat smooth, some kinks have to be worked out though. Can't wait until I get to taste!!!
