Hi im making a john bull ipa beer kit, im steeping 500g of crystal malt and adding fresh hops to improve the kit.
I also have a 500g bag of chocolate malt which i would like to add my question is how much of the chocolate malt should i add i want to be able to taste it without just ruining the batch i was thinking 200g what do you guys think? Thanks in advance

Yep Well i thought the beauty of home brewing is total freedom of what you make soo what would you recomend or do you not recomend?...

500g is a little over a pound so that would be way too much to add. For a recent porter that I made I used .25 lbs (115g) so that might be the most you'd want to toss in there.
