Hey guys As someone mentioned yesterday in on my thread about the pilsner that isn't really a pilsner :cross:, I need to be thinking about my next brew. Does anyone have any reccomendations for my next brew. I was thinking about maybe an American brown ale. If anyone does have a good tested recipe I would appreciate it. I do single infusion mashing just fyi and make 5 gallon batches.

Thanks

I'd pick up "Brewing Classic Styles" by Jamil Zainasheff and John Palmer. Those recipes are all very good.

Converted my extract w/steeped grains to a partial mash this one came out great! next time I brew it I'll be following this partial mash recipe which has a bit more molasses (1oz more).
