Barley Crusher communication

A couple of buddies and I are try to possibly find out about a price break for buying 5 or so barley crushers at one time and I can't get the folks at BC to even return an e-mail. Even if they can't do a price break you would think they could at least e-mail to say so.

It is making me wonder if I should go with another mill.

I believe they are notorious for this. I think they are a small company spending all of their time making them.

You'll notice there's no phone number on their website.
That should have been my first clue.

I had a problem with my BC a few months back, sent them a question via email and waited.
and waited
and waited
Finally I figured it out myself.
A few weeks later they responded to the email.

The BC is a good product.
It's made well, it's not delicate and it works well.
It's just that the folks that make them aren't into communicating with the people who buy them.
