Hello everyone, This is my first post here and I would like to know if any of you are doing any adjunct mashing. I am about to do another batch of Kentucky Common which I use approx. 25% corn. I also saw a post about using canned corn. Anyone tied that? Cheers, Greg

I suspect that would give a good flavor, but the only time I've used much corn, I just purchased the flaked form.

Thanks David I have tried the flaked corn also but I am just a cheapskate. My last batch included 5#s of corn meal at a cost of $3.79 at the supermarket. My Kentucky Common is a real simple recipe: 15# pale 2 row 5# corn 1# 90L crystal cluster hops, etc. Cheers, Greg
