Has anyone done this kit? I picked it up today because I wanted something to brew tomorrow and didn't feel like doing another all grain. This will be the first time I have used DME which will be interesting, it says to steep the grains in 3 gallons and add half the DME for 60 and add the rest and 1lb of dextrose at 30, I am just going to steep in 6 gallons since I can, can I just add all the DME at 60 and toss the Dextrose in at 30 with the hops?
