I bottled tonight. It was a pale ale dry hopped with 3 ounces, 2 cascade and 1 centennial. When I opened the fermenter the smell overtook the room. Even my oldest who hates the smells of brew said "wow dad that smells really good, like oranges and citrus."

Sample tasted great, I am really looking forward to this when it is all carbed up and cold in a few weeks.
