Newbie in OH-IO

I love good beer and I love to cook. I have always wanted to brew my own beer and just never really had the time to do it with running my own business and running my kids all over NE Ohio. Took the money I received for Christmas and purchased a modest home brew kit from the Grape and Granary in Akron, Ohio. I made my first home brew from a kit the day after Christmas... a German Wheat and man did it come out good! I'm hooked and SWMBO thinks I'm crazy! I found this forum and have spent weeks reading threads and picking up the lingo. Thank you guys for such a great wealth of information! OH-
