I have some leftover hopps and some pale malt lme and figured why not, 60 minutes boil, here's what it' going to be.
4.65 lbs Pale malt LME
1 lbs. Dextrose
1 oz. Challenger 60 min
.5 oz crystal 30 min
.5 oz williamette 15 min
Safeale us-05
I am hoping for a very light coloured, crisp beer for my wife.
 
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 5.5 gallons
Efficiency: 75%


Original Gravity: 1.044 Final Gravity: 1.012

ABV (standard): 4.15%
IBU (tinseth): 29.62
SRM (morey): 3.5

Looks like a pretty tasty brew to me. I say do it! I do not think it will be overly hoppy at 29 IBU, and at 4.1% ABV, it will be a good summer session brew.
 
Done and fermenting, started fermentation in 3 hrs on yeast cake. Boiled 5.75 gal down to 4.75 ended up with an og of 1.046.
