Hi all....New member checking in from Pittsburgh Pa....

Literally just got my first batch fermenting yesterday!!! I am resisting the
urge to peek (fermenting in a bucket rather than carboy)

I am excited to start exploring the site and learning...

Hi and welcome to HBT.

There is alot of good info here along with good advice. Take the time to read through someof it and you will be glad you did.

And yeah, what cha got brewing in that bucket :)
 
Sorry Guys....I forgot I even posted this! Then I dove straight into all the other sections!!!

Primary: German Oktoberfest (yea....little late, but I intended to start then

Secondary: Waiting the Oktoberfest

Bottled: Still waiting!!

Up next: Sam Adams Winter clone (or something similar...I still researching recipes)
