First time brewer today, Bavarian Hefe, krausen has pushed out past the air lock, couplequestuions"
1. I simply added the liquid yeast, I did not aerate or slosh the wort around, shoul I have?
2. With the blow off hose now in use, does this change the frmentation time at all?
