I have a vial of WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale yeast I need to use up.

Thing is I don't really want to brew a Hefeweizen. Any idea's on how to creatively use this yeast?

I wonder how it would taste in a pale / bitter...?

Well the 380 doesn't really give you the traditional Hefe Flavor. You can pretty much brew whatever you want with it.

+1 just about anything. If your going after clear beer, you will definately need to lengthen your primary/secondary times because of the low flocculation.
