Very sweet! I ferment in a bucket for now, but will be switching to a stainless conical. Same situation. I've never been able to see that other than Apfelwein. Thanks Orfy!
I hadn't used my 6.5 gal carboy for a couple of months then out of necessity I needed to use it for the IIPA that I did last week. I forgot how entertaining that can be for a while.
