Thanks for the welcomes everybody!! Although I live here in Saskatchewan I'm NOT a Rider fan, it's been a crappy few years but my team are the Edmonton Eskimos hope nobody holds that against me I think this weekend will be my brewing weekend as I finally have everything I need. My first brew is a Muntons Irish style premium light ale. Looking forward to it!!!

Sounds great. I started about 2 years ago and haven't looked back. I think you will enjoy it. If you make a mistake, don't get discouraged, just brew more and you will get it.
