1.0 oz Sterling @ FWH
1.0 oz Sterling @ 30min
1.0 oz Crystal @ 10min
1.0 oz Pac Jade Dry Hop
Misc:
1.0 oz sweet orange peel @ 10min
Spicy oranges. Very nice. The Pac Jade bittering is very smooth. Similar to Simcoe I would say. The aroma on these is incredible. I think this is the NZ version of Simcoe.
