1 lbs of american 2 row steeped
.5 lbs of crystal 60L

1.5 oz Tettnanger 60 min. 4.5 AA
.5 Hallertau 30 min. 3.5 AA
.5 Hallertau 15 min. 3.5 AA

.5 tettnanger 5 min. 4.5 AA

Was wondering how much if any of malto dextrine powder to add a little body.

This seems like a perfectly fine recipe. I've never steeped 2-row, but then again I only ever did 2 extract beers before going AG. As far as a lager, I might replace the 2-row with some honey malt and avoid the malto-dextrine altogether. I think honey malt gives a certain sweetness that compliments a medium-bitter beer, especially in a lager. With the hop schedule I think that should suffice for the body you're after.
