Rupture Disk for Co2 Tank

Anyone know where I could get one of these?

Most refill stations will have them

expect to pay $5-7 for one

I also know that Scuba shops carry those disks as well

I ask because I'm getting quoted ~20 dollars to replace one. Seems like a lot.
