I just got done steeping a raspberry ale I'm making and was in the process of ramping up to boil. Got a call and I need to leave for a couple hours. Am I ok leaving this sitting on the stove till I get back, then start the boil? Have not added any extract or hops so I presume I should be fine, but just doing a sanity check. Thanks much in advance.
