Like niquejim said, there is no need or benefit to using a secondary on a wit. leave it in the primary for two weeks then take three hydrometer readings. Take a reading, skip a day, take a reading, skip a day and take another reading. If the Gravity reading remains constant throughout this reading process then it's time to bottle or keg (plus you get to drink the sample.)
Reason I secondary my HWs is to allow most of the yeast to fall out. I add "some" back in when racking to the bottling bucket or keg. This way there is less yeast in the bottles/keg.
Warrior (a member here) tried a couple of my HWs a couple of weeks ago and said he's going to try it. He was pleased with the results.
