I made a 1/2 gallong test batch of blueberry mead. Its made out of whatever I could find in the super market. I am curious how long should I let it ferment in the primary?
My recipe is:
1 and a half lbs of Clover Honey
10 ounces of frozen blueberry crushed.
Red Star Beard yeast.
I'm thinking for doing it like JAOM until the fruit drops & clears but I am new to brewing and looking for advice.
