My first batch of Hefeweizen spent 2.5 weeks in the fermenter and 11 days in the bottle and the first one was fantastic.

I feel much better now knowing I will have a good Hefeweizen ready for my sons graduation party in a couple of weeks. :mug:

What a blast to finally taste the fruits of my... what do you call it, cuz it ain't labor or work :drunk:

Have fun and enjoy
Rick

congrats! it's going to be really good by graduation time! get your next batch going because the first batch never lasts long. my experience, it takes a 8-9-10 batches before you start slowing down.

cheers!

I also have a hefe that has been going for about 9 days. Going to cold crash next weekend and keg it. Can't wait.
