Everyone has smart phones now-a-days. I think a really cool thing, and one thing I'm sure is out there, is a way to put a custom QR code on my homebrew bottle/tap handle for drinkers to scan and then pull up my recipe, dates, etc. Anyone?

If you can get it online and have the URL for the recipe, then it's very simple, just go to just about any QR code generation website to generate one for the URL you have.

EDIT: IIRC QR codes can store about 4000 alphanumeric symbols in them, so you could probably get the recipe, dates etc. in there in plain text as well.

EDIT2: Those can however end up being quite messy. Here's a comparison of a QR code linking to my recipe on this website:

To a QR code with the recipe in plain text:

As you can see, while you can do it with plain text, it'll proooobably have to be bigger and will be more fiddly to actually read...
