I made similar last summer, except I showcased Galaxy and Summer hops. My bitterness was 60 IBU, but only 20 was from my bittering addition. All the rest was with 2 oz at 5 min and 2.5 oz at flameout with a 10 minute whirlpool, then 2 oz more in the dryhop. It came out spectacular and belied the calculated bitterness. Based on that I'd recommend moving your 15 minute addition to flameout instead and whirlpool or hot steep for 10 minutes after flameout.

My grist was 50% wheat, 45% pale, and 5% caravienne. Yours looks just as good.

I recently made an all "citra" IPA...was drinking it yesterday in fact. They did have a nice orange flavor to them up front, followed by a banana flavor. Yep, banana. While others say "tropical", I think that's a pretty vague description.

Have you ever used citra before? The reason I ask, is because if your looking to be SURE you get orange flavor....you wont need an orange peel addition while using citra. Perhaps do the hops as a whirlpool addition...you get e really nice flavor AND aroma from your hops that way.
