I'm brewing up Edwort's IPA today. I was hoping to brew on the porch, but no such luck. I live on the 12th floor in an apartment complex right on Lake Erie. Its windy as hell out there right now! Oh well, at least the place has a decent gas stove. I'm heating up the strike water now and have some Grateful Dead playing. This should be a fun day!
 
Ewwww! Ed's IPA nurtured with Grateful Dead. Sound delicious.

You're on my Kolsch swap list. Maybe I should put in an order :D
 
If I get my kegging system next week, then it should be ready by the time we have to send out the Kolsch.
