If I was supposed to get 6.5 gallons pre-boil, but ended up with close to 7 gallons, will this be a huge problem? Should I boil longer in order to reach my target OG at the end of the boil? I'm using the BIAB technique and must have used too much water at the beginning of the brewing process (or the grains didn't absorb as much as I thought they would).

Should I boil longer to get closer to five gallons at the end of the boil?

You could - the worst you'd likely you'd get otherwise is slightly weaker beer - but barely.

If you are worried about the your OG, i would boil longer. Just start your hop additions later

Yeah just boil longer to boil off the excess water and make sure to adjust your hop schedule.
