Went through my recipes and discovered that the only AMERICAN IPA's that I've ever done over the past few years were BLACK IPA's....I've made a number with all German ingredients and called them GERMAN IPA's.....SO.....I'm working on a recipe based on 2 row and Pale Ale Malt. Gonna really HOP it up and call it.......what else?

TRUMP THIS IPA

LOL

Risking getting in trouble with the mods with this, but I gotta say it sounds like you are going to "Make American IPA great again".

FWIW - I like Centennial an awful lots. Citra is wonderful. There are several other classic American hops to choose from and it's hard to go wrong with any of them.

Oops, gotta go. I think I hear someone getting upset about us almost discussing politics...
