I am going to brew a 6 gallon batch of cream ale. I am using corn that i malted myself as a experment. 3 gallons of the cream I am thinking of dry hoping with 1/2 Oz. of Willamette for 7 days. The other 3 gallons I plan on choping up a couple of Hatch Chillies soaking them in some light flavored wiskey to add to the secondary. Here is my recipie what do you think.

9 Lb. 2 Row
1 Lb. Corn
1 Lb. Rice
8 Oz. Cara/Pils
1.25 Fuggles for 60 Min or 1 Oz New Zealand Hallertau Aroma for 60.
Safale US/05
