I just decided to brew today, usually something I plan far in advance due to having a family. Well we're just veggin' this afternoon and I figured I'd try my hand at the BIAB method, something I've been meaning to do. Here's the recipe I just designed, a session mOktoberfest. Please give feedback, the strike water is heating as we speak! I'm not terribly concerned about sticking to a particular style with this beer as much as making a tasty session beer. Any advice is very much appreciate
