I like sweet muscadine wine. But, it looks like for my 5 gallon carboy, I will need ALOT of grapes. Anyone know a simple recipe for some sort of sweet wine that I can make at a decent price being this is my first time.
 
Ferment a wine to dry and back sweeten to your preferred level of sweetness. 36 lbs of grapes will yield approx. 2.5 gallons of must, you'll need 72 lbs, I'd get a little bit more than that just to be sure.
