Hello fellow brewers.
I've been using these 500ml bottles almost exclusively. They are readily available here in Quebec as they are used by many of our microbreweries. I also find the size to be very convenient.
Until now I've not had the need to carbonate beyond 2.5 volumes. I'm really interested in exploring some Belgian styles and expect to carbonate up to 3.5 volumes or so.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of bottle? Do you think they'll stand up to the pressure?
Brian
