I am looking for a mill that could both crush my grains for brewing and that could be adjusted to crush grains to make flour. I have recently gotten into all grain and a mill is on the wish list. My wife wants to get into making her own flour and so she is all for me getting a mill. I know crushing grain for brewing and crushing grain for flour are two different animals. Do any of you know if there are mills out there that could accommodate both?

Thanks!

Corona/Victoria mill would probably fit the bill, and they're dirt cheap!

Corona mills will not make flour for bread. You might be able to get the consistency of grits, but not flour.

To my knowledge you'll need a flour mill for bread and it won't work for cracking grain.

My wife asked me the same thing when I mentioned I'd eventually get into milling my own grain. If you find anything, let me know. ;)

But I suspect Ichthy is probably correct. :(
