yea, Rhoobarb. but the sad thing is, it almost costs as much as the Concise Course in Brewing Technology that's a couple weeks long. at least you get a certificate for that one! still would be fun to go to.....

You think you'd be able to make good on that? You're going to end up with 1,001 assistants all wanting to either (a) be paid or (b) drink for free. Either one of those two things would certainly bankrupt you.
