7.5 lbs Marris otter
1 lb Crystal 80
.5 lb Melanoidin
.5 lb carapils
.25 lb roasted barley

1.5 oz Fuggles at 60min
.5 oz Fuggles at 15 min

Mash at 156

Ferment in the low 60s

Any thoughts or suggestions? This is my first shot at formulating my own recipie
 
Looks pretty solid. I would drop the Crystal to a .5lb. I would mash around 150-152 max.
 
9 lbs Marris otter
.25 lb Crystal 120
.25 lb Crystal 40
.5 lb Melanoidin
.5 lb carapils
.25 lb roasted barley

mash at 152


one more bump for any additional comments?
