I brewed a robust porter last Saturday. Planned on 65% eff, but got 75%. Ended up with OG of 1.07. I had a very aggressive fermentation with my first blowoff. Have not taken a SG yet.

Should I leave it in the primary for a longer period of time than the usual 2 - 3 weeks? Secondary? Or just bottle as usual? I will be verifying complete fermentation with several hydrometer readings, prior to bottling. Just wondering if I should allow more time for bulk aging.

the extra time wont hurt anything and will in fact give the yeast more time to clean up after themselves.
