O.K. I got a five gallon home brew keg, and a mini fridge. What tempter should I keep my fridge? What is the coldest I can keep it? The co2 will be inside the fridge with the keg also. Also, how many psi's should I keep co2 at?

Seems like it all depends on the beer style your kegging. I'd recommend checking out the Keggin FAQ in the Bottling/Kegging section.

Yes definitely check it out. It all depends on:
The beer style (how much carbonation you want in it),
Temperature (how cold or warm do you enjoy your beers? This is up to you)
Line ID and Length
There are charts to help figure this all out. But each variable matters very much.
