I spent the last two days finishing my new rig, testing and tweaking. Got everything working fine. So, today I'm trying it on a Belgian Pale.
Naturally, everything goes wrong.
One of my 20A GFCI's just fried. I measured water wrong. I missed my mash temp (since I had too little hot water) and had to add more hot water.
One of my pumps, which worked PERFECTLY yesterday, refused to prime.
Wonder what will happen when I go to sparge, let alone boil and then try the plate chiller?
