I don't think I ever posted this, but here's my custom portable keg system, The K.I.C.K.A.S.S. It stands for Keep It Cold Kegged Alcohol Serving Station. Here's the design comp:

How long do they stay cold with the insulation?
 
That day above was 90F and they were in the sun. Stayed cold at least 4 hours. They were full kegs, so the thermal mass helps.

And I didn't buy the $20 ice blankets that come with the sleeves... Target has Coleman ones with camping gear for like $3/sheet.
