caulking inside a kegerator? food grade caulk needed?

so i picked up a old fridge and im turning it into a kegerator,
i removed all the shelves and i would like to fill the holes with some kind of caulk.

in the kegerator there will be 3 corny kegs and possibly some bagged/frozen hops in the freezer.
no food/beer/wort will come in contact with the caulk. im more worried about any fumes it might release.

my question is -
should i fill the holes in the fridge (where the racks were removed) with food grade caulk, or would any "non toxic" caulk work?

Just use basic kitchen and bath caulk. It will work fine.

standard silicon right?

Silicon should work fine.
