I have some awesome lager yeast and some tasty honey. I'd love to mix the two. Here are my thoughts:
4# base malt
2#honey (In the boil)
1# honey malt
1#c40
.5oz roast barley (for color)
Mash at 158*
.5oz summit 60m
.5oz summit 5m
after 5-7days of primary fermentation I'm going to add some flavored honey that I pastuerize on the stove, and dilute it a touch.
I will be priming with the same honey.
Im satisfied with the recipe, but I'm always open to suggestions for the next go around
