I just keged my triple with coriander and orange peel. I have found the orange peel this time is very prevalent and made the beer a bit bitter. Is there anything I can do at this point or should I just drink it and be happy?

Did you zest the orange just taking the color (contains the essential oils), or use the whole peel? The white stuff (pith) is very bitter. All you can do is let it age and see if it'll mellow.

No I used dried orange peel. I've done this brew before only using extracts and rock sugar with some grain. This time I did an all grain and it really brought out the orange.

Wow, the dry isn't usually a problem - all I can tell you is let it ride and maybe it'll mellow with some more age, though I do like my wheat beers in the first few weeks, fresh is usually better....
