This is my first post, so please forgive me if I miss something....
I was curious how an extract lager would turn out if I used an ale yeast. I saw some recipes on nothernbrewer and they said it was possible to substitute the yeast if you couldn't ferment at the lower temperature....
Does anyone know how it would turn out??
