We just made a Belgian White. Now I know that when you get a wheat beer like this from the store it is also unfiltered. So would it be proper drinking technique (for best flavor like its meant to be) to swirl up the yeast? Or pour off and leave the cake behind?
P.S. Should I drink holding my pinkie out or keeping it in?
