Is cold duck hard to make, and does it take along time to settle down? The reason was because Christmas is not to far away and my family like to have some cold duck when we eat Christmas dinner and enjoy good conversations. If anyone has a recipe they would like to pass around, that would be great.

cold duck is oxidized garbage pail sparkling red.

Its super easy to make.
any mix of finished wine that will make your volume and desired red color.

let the wine breath for 24 hours
add it to a bottling bucket, mix 1oz per gallon priming sugar and a pack of 1116
and stir the crap out of it.
bottle it in champagne bottles or american champagne bottles with crown caps.
wait a month.

Is priming sugar like corn syrup?
