Its now been 15 days fermenting in my closet.
And I have to wait until next Wednesday to bottle.
(cause i'm awaiting some supplies from nothernbrewer)
Is that OK?

How long canbeer sit in that bucket for?

IT should be fine till wenesday i wouldnt worry about it. I always use a secondary so that I dont have to worry about when i can find time to bottle.

Longest ferment I've had was six weeks in the primary and 10 months in the secondary. Big, over-peated barleywine.

Is it still bubbling? Do you have a hydrometer? If so whats the S.G. now. I would say 15 days is more than enough for primary fermentation unless you are brewing a very big beer.

ive been told leaving the beer in primary with too much yeast can contribute off flavors. Ive never left a batch in for more than 9 days in primary. lagering, yeast type, and temp seem to be factors in this decision also.

gooood luck!
