Hey there, I'm new to the homebrew thing. Just finished a newcastle clone I'm calling "attack of the geordies", and getting ready to start my second batch tomorrow. It's a honey wheat for summer time.

I'm impressed with all the resources on this forum, keep up the good work guys!

I can appreciate the Czech intro. I hearken to my German/Austrian ancestry when I brew my malty lagers and altbiers. And Czech! Isn't the beer of Pilsen the most envied and copied in the world? Welcome to the addiction.
